Orting sews up a fifth consecutive 2A boys team championship while two more wrestlers add their names to the four-time WIAA champions' list
TACOMA, Wash. — Decorative and dominant, Orting High School continued its mastery of Class 2A boys wrestling with its fifth consecutive state team championship Saturday night at Mat Classic XXXVII in the Tacoma Dome.
The Cardinals placed 15 wrestlers on the podium, including five state champions - sophomore Nery Rivas at 113 pounds; sophomore Arcadius Cruz at 120; junior Trevor Anderson at 126; freshman Dakota Anderson at 150; and senior Michael Fritz at 165.
