PORTLAND, Ore. — Eight was enough.

More than needed in less-than-full-strength Team Washington’s convincing victory over the Oregon senior all-stars in the 32nd “Northwest Shootout” girls basketball border showdown.

Even without No. 2 national prospect Oliviyah Edwards, who sat out because of a family decision over her uncommitted college status, the Washington seniors cruised to a record-setting 124-93 victory at Portland Community College Cascade campus.
