PORTLAND, Ore. — The Northwest Shootout advertises itself as an all-star showcase.

What it really has become is a blood-thirsty basketball border war.

Richland’s Landen Northrop scored a game-high 26 points to lead six Washington seniors in double figures, and the visitors climbed all the way back from an 18-point deficit in the first half to clip Team Oregon, 112-105, at Portland Community College Cascade campus Sunday afternoon.
