SEATTLE — Mike Bethea hasn’t seen consensus No. 1 national basketball recruit Tyran Stokes play in a game yet, but the nine-time WIAA championship coach at Rainier Beach High School has a pretty good idea on how to best utilize him.

Put the basketball in Stokes’ hands at all times.
