PUYALLUP, Wash. — Believe now.

In about as complete a dismantling possible of a reigning WIAA football champion, Puyallup put its foot down decisively, declaring itself as one of state’s true Class 4A contenders.

The sixth-ranked Vikings walloped No. 4 Sumner, 58-22, at jammed-packed Sparks Stadium on Saturday night.
