It's Ben Druckman's turn to become next great Camas quarterback

After being backup to Tyson Ruggiero much of last season, Druckman showed plenty of poise in starting both of Papermakers' playoff games last November

Lake Stevens has dynamic big-play artist Blake Moser. Graham-Kapowsin has big-armed junior A.J. Tuivaiave. And Puyallup has potential all-state breakout candidate Noah Smith.

All of them run the show at quarterback for the preseason Class 4A championship co-favorites this fall.

And yet, Camas has a quarterback who might not carry the same name value, but has accomplished something no other starter in the state can boast.

Ben Druckman is a national champion.
