BREMERTON, Wash. — News flash: Bremerton High School boys basketball is a shiny flash of greatness.
Sure, there is a buzz that comes naturally within a community which saw its high school program capture a state championship — which the Knights did last March in winning the WIAA Class 2A title in Yakima.
But this is different. This is about historical distinction — all-time royalty.
Folks in the city want to witness it.
“We want to make it beautiful,” Knights’ coach and alumnus Miah Davis said.
