Road to Tacoma: Tournament schedule ... and who wins WIAA Class 3A girls basketball title

Top-seeded Bellevue has a first-round bye, and will open its tournament Thursday against the Meadowdale-Evergreen winner in the state quarterfinals

It’s down to the Tremendous 12.

Now, starting Wednesday, those 12 programs have four days to win a WIAA Class 3A girls basketball championship in the Tacoma Dome.

Defending state champion Central Valley is not in the field, so there will be a new champion crowned this weekend.
