It was a quiet, less-tumultuous week for the schools in VarsityWA’s all-classification Top 25 in Week 5.

All but one school — Lincoln of Tacoma — posted victories.

The then-No. 16 Abes made a furious comeback in the fourth quarter, but fell to 3A PSL foe Gig Harbor, 31-28, on a last-second field goal at Lincoln Bowl. They dropped to No. 24 this week.

Top-ranked Puyallup had no problem in the 4A SPSL, blanking Rogers of Puyallup, 70-0.
