Remember when the Class 3A champion O’Dea Fighting Irish lost at Graham-Kapowsin in the final seconds on opening weekend?
They don’t, either.
Despite a rash of injuries, O’Dea is back in familiar position — 3A Metro League championship driver’s seat — after its 24-20 victory Friday over Eastside Catholic.
The Crusaders, who led for much of three quarters in the game, remain at No. 4.
Richland (No. 22) and Rainier Beach (No. 24) are newcomers to the rankings, while Curtis reenters the fray at No. 23.
