Greater Spokane League champion Gonzaga Prep is No. 2, followed by 4A Wesco champion Lake Stevens (No. 3), Eastside Catholic (No. 4) and 3A PSL champion Mount Tahoma (No. 5).

4A KingCo top teams Skyline (No. 19) and Bothell (No. 20) each moves up five spots in the final week of rankings.
