Sal Quitevis Jr. will do anything he can for his Olympic Trojans to keep pace in 2A Olympic League football.

Last season, that meant incorporating a run-based offense he was less accustomed to — a bunched double-wing offense.

It worked — Olympic shared the league championship with Bainbridge and North Kitsap, and advanced to the WIAA playoffs.

But now, because he has a big-armed pocket passer in senior Toby Moore, and a big-chunk playmaker in space in running back Chace Webster, Quitevis returned to the scheme he favors most — the wide-open spread offense.
