O'Dea remains No. 1 for third consecutive week ... but others such as Lake Stevens and Mount Tahoma are closing fast

Reigning Class 3A champion O’Dea got back on track in Week 2 with a 31-16 victory over Rainier Beach to open 3A Metro League play, and still occupies the top spot in the weekly all-classification rankings.
But after Lake Stevens toppled Bellevue, and Mount Tahoma crunched Camas, both on the road, the chasers are climbing quickly. So is Eastside Catholic, who plays the Fighting Irish in a couple of weeks.
