WIAA 4A/3A boys basketball state tournaments: Recaps from Wednesday's first round in the Tacoma Dome
Eight first-round, loser-out games will be played on the boys court on Day 1 in Tacoma — including four games each in the 4A and 3A brackets

TACOMA, Wash. — Ready for four days of action-packed basketball around the state of Washington?
The brackets are set for the high school basketball state championships, which will be played this week in Tacoma, Yakima and Spokane. There are 180 games scheduled this week to decide the 2025-26 champions and state placers in boys and girls basketball in each of the six classifications.
Four of the tournaments — the Class 4A and 3A boys and girls tournaments — will be played Wednesday through Saturday in the Tacoma Dome.
